Welcome to CineJugaad! Those terms (no confusing legal jargon here, we promise) dictate how you can use our platform—whether you’re on app or website, laptop or phone. You agree that by visiting and/or using CineJugaad, you are accepting these rules. If you don’t accept, then please do not use the service.
Who Can Use CineJugaad?
You must be 13 or older. If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian for permission (they are the ones responsible for how you use it).
It will help to share real, accurate information when you’re signing up (i.e., no fake names or emails). Portrayloozenger, and we might have to suspend/delete your account so everyone can be safe.
Use CineJugaad only for personal use and not business or profit (including, by way of example, advertising to others the products or services of our features).
Your Account: Keep It Secure
Its your password/login (Google/Apple ID) — not someone else’s, don’t share it. The unauthorized use from shared info is not our fault.
See something strange going on (like an unrecognized login)? Let our support team know. We’ll help reset your account.
Details can get stale, so help us out and keep your info (phone/email) up-to-date.
How to Be Fair on Our Platform
Respect Indian / Refrain from (indian) law breaking - hosest rule No hacking, spamming, viruses or sharing illegal/offensive content (hate speech, protection against sexual harrasment).
Don’t “game” the system: No skipping ads (free version) or making multiple accounts to avoid rules. Break this, and if may even suspend your account.
Do not duplicate our content (logos, features, and so on), it’s ours! If you want to share, ask permission first.
Premium Features (If You Need Them)
Premium is a subscription (monthly/yearly). We’ll let you know the price up front — no hidden fees.
We might upgrade Premium features/prices - we'll let you know in advance. Disagree? Cancel before changes take effect.
Our Rights & Limits
We can change these terms any time. Post changes here (with a date: “Last Updated”)—if you’re using CineJugaad after this, you agree.
Its features might even be an ADD/REMOVE’able feature (so we can keep it fresh!) without notice.
No 24/7 perfect: Downtime/glitches (server problems, maintenaces) happens. We will repair quickly, but no compensation for downtime.”
